Can't find manifest in path.jar

Reason

While importing Eclipse bundles, MT4E encountered a JAR file which doesn't contain the file META-INF/MANIFEST.MF

Possible solutions

Make sure that the JAR file isn't corrupt
Is the JAR file really an Eclipse plug-in?
MT4E doesn't support plug-ins for Eclipse 3.3 or older
