OSGi 'certification'
It seems that OSGi certification requires not only running the TCK, but also reporting the TCK results back to OSGi, and having them verified. Scott will send an email to Peter Kriens to find out what's necessary WRT certifying ECF's impl of OSGi remote services and RSA.
