Agenda
- Follow up on 227523 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=227523) - looks like Hung's team is talking to the bug originator and they're working it out
- Added a couple of milestones for the target milestones for the maintenance release (1.6.1, 1.6.2)
- Review rampdown policy page before announcing clarifications (http://wiki.eclipse.org/DTP_Ganymede_Rampdown_Policy)
- Point out that project summary page has been updated with commits by company and other details, just interesting information (http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=datatools)
- contact information for PMC members (phone #s, instant messenger Ids, etc.) - a) are they necessary? b) when should they be used?
- Discuss DTP charter change to simplify addition of a committer to two or more subprojects at the same time without going through separate committer elections (postpone until John returns from Java One?)
- Open discussion
Minutes
Action Items
- Perhaps in the future come up with a Component architecture document that shows DTP dependencies to consumers (holdover from last week)
- Schedule a "scrubbing" pass of the bug backlog after 1.6 (over the summer) to close bugs that we won't ever fix (minor tweaks, things that have been obsoleted along the way, etc.) to try and reduce the bug count (holdover from last week)
- contact information for PMC members (phone #s, instant messenger Ids, etc.) - a) are they necessary? b) when should they be used? (move to next week)
- Discuss DTP charter change to simplify addition of a committer to two or more subprojects at the same time without going through separate committer elections (postpone until next week)
