ERs and Bugs are on track

Action Items

Martin will verify data visualization programming and user guides
Owners of subcomponents outlined under http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_Roles_and_Responsibilities will make sure their component has appropriate junit and manual test coverage.
JT is verifying reports that reports are generated with the latest code.
Leonard will close his opened bugs as he has confirmed they are fixed.
