Better solution with R5 OSGi APIs

ClassLoader bundleCL = bundle.adapt(BundleWiring.class).getClassLoader();

Keep in mind, if the bundle is not resolved then adapting it to org.osgi.framework.wiring.BundleWiring will return null.
