BIRT 2.3.2.1 Development
The BIRT 2.3.2.1 release was made available last Wednesday, April 15. As discussed at the last PMC meeting, this release addresses a specific bug reported by the community.
BIRT 2.5 Development
Development continues for BIRT 2.5 Milestone 7, which is targeted for May 11 General Availability. No issues to report in the development process for this release.
General Information for BIRT 2.5
BIRT 2.5 is the next major release of the BIRT project. It is part of the Galileo Simultaneous Release.
For details on the release, see the Eclipse BIRT Project Development Plan for 2.5. The Milestone schedule for the release is available in the timeline section of the Galileo Simultaneous Release page. BIRT is a +2 project in the Galileo release.

JAX Conference, Germany
A number of us attended and presented at the JAX Conference in Mainz, Germany last week. This was a great event that included a whole day of presentations on BIRT last Wednesday. The sessions were very well attended with very positive feedback on the BIRT project.
