(Lars) Chat room for AC meeting
- Suggests to have a chat room, e.g. via Mattermost, so that AC members can chat during the call
- Dani: can be distracting while being on the call
- Wayne: let's experiment with this in our next call
- Dani: sounds good, but there should be a transcript of the chat that can be attached to the minutes of the meeting
- Agreement to try it out via Mattermost, or other tool if Mattermost doesn't fit
- AI Lars: organize the chat room for the next meeting, with Mattermost as first preference
(Denis) Incubation mailing list
- Would like to auto-subscribe a bunch of people, like mentors and incubator committers
- Wayne explained the background, i.e. provide better mentoring and support for incubating projects
- Dani: would be good to have a FAQ
- Wayne: good idea, but every mentor must participate in this
- Agreement that Denis can auto-subscribe the relevant folks
(Wayne) LocationTech
- The LocationTech working group does lots of cool stuff, but is somewhat disconnected from the Eclipse community
- It's a challenge to find mentors for those projects
- Would like to nominate two people from LocationTech working group to the AC
- Asked whether a few AC members would vote +1
- AC is OK with this, but the nomination must contain the achievements of the candidates
- AI Wayne: nominate the candidates
(Wayne) Great fixes/contributors for Neon
- We had great bugs and great fixes contests
- Would like to do a great contributors round this time
- Has a tool that lists contributors with most contributions; currently Eric Williams at the top
- AC to comment on that list
- AC is OK to do this
- AI Wayne: provide the list
(Wayne) EclipseCon F2F
- Room is reserved for the entire Thursday
- Morning after keynote is reserved for Planning Council
- Will try Google Hangouts, so that council members not visiting EclipseCon can also participate
- AI Wayne: organize the Google Hangouts

- Architecture Council/Meetings/March 10 2016 -- potentially will be canceled in lieu of EclipseCon F2F
