Use Case Specification: Check root certificates during sales process
1. Brief Description
A technical sales support checks during a sales negotiation, which of the possible target phones have 3rd party root certificates in them. A salesman describes the options to the client based on this information during the sales negotiations. This gives the client an understanding about the possible devices supported by the solution.
2. Flow of events
2.1 Basic Flow
- B1: The user chooses the target phones from the device database
- B2: The system shows only the info about target phones.
- B3: The user chooses all the 3rd party root certificates as the defining qualities.
- B4: The system shows only the phones which have one or more 3rd party root certificates.
2.2 Alternative flows
- Alternative flow 1: The user chooses all the 3rd party root certificates as defining qualities before choosing the target phones.

4.1 Comprehensive device database available
User has a comprehensive database in use with an easy to use UI.
4.2 Device database is up-to-date
The device database available for the user needs to be up-to-date preferably including the published phones which are not yet in the distribution and the noticed anomalies with the public documents.

5.1 Correct up-to-date information is given
The user has received correct information up-to-date information by using the system.
5.2 Comprehensive understanding about the options is made
The user gains a comprehensive understanding about the available options concerning the usability of the possible solution in the target phones. The negotiations can be continued as planned, the set of target phones can be adjusted or the project can be delayed to wait for new phones based on this information.
